Seed Wellness was founded to address the gaps in today’s healthcare system—where patients often encounter fragmented care, unexpected costs, and limited improvement despite their efforts. We intentionally use the term team member rather than patient. We believe all individuals can be empowered to take an active role in their own health journey.

The provider serves as a knowledgeable guide—offering clinical expertise, evidence-based recommendations, and support—while honoring each team member’s autonomy, goals, and lived experience. The team member approach to care is rooted in collaboration and focused on sustainable change.

Seed Wellness is led by Whitney Krawczyk, FNP-BC, DipACLM, a board-certified nurse practitioner with 8 years of experience in outpatient psychiatric care and additional certification in lifestyle medicine. As a married mother of three, Whitney understands the demands of modern life and brings a grounded, compassionate approach to each visit.

Seed Wellness is on a mission to empower team members with the tools needed to achieve sustainable mental, physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being. We will work collaboratively to deliver care that is personalized and designed to help you grow.
